Such a lovely walk with the dog and family. Lots of people but so many paths to choose from you can avoid people if you want to. Even with general flooding everywhere the forest was passable.

Lovely woods to come with the dogs and family. I lovely swing to find for the children to enjoy. My only negative is there is no dog poo bin so it seems that is a sign for people not to clear their dogs mess from paths! So keep watch
Nice place to go for a walk. Large area with lots of different paths to take. There is a car-park here but the quality of which is pretty poor.
Various routes and trails to take, some larger wider paths with lots of smaller trails leading off of them. We ended up walking through a lot of woods this time & next time plan to follow the grassier path routes. Good for dog and child walking-as previous reviews mention there is the odd bit of dog mess but i didn't actually see much compared to other places i have been. Lots of butterflies around when we were there, and when coming back to the car park spotted a picnic bench so potential for some sunny picnics!
Quiet, lovely woods. Not too crowded this time of year.
