Is there a way to give less than one star? Self admittedly, I didn’t do enough research before I signed up with this company to sell my timeshare. We are far too busy to try to sell it ourselves. Sounded good, I said okay. First mistake...Over several months, no offers on my timeshare. I’ve called to reduce it and let them tell me where it needs to be to sell. We’ve reduced once hoping it will sell. Last Tuesday (a week ago) I called my first contact Linda. She was the one that first duped me so I figured I’d try her. I left her a detailed voicemail, no reply and no call back. I got on their website and tried to get someone to contact me. No call, no email. I’d avoid this company. They take the money up front and will not call back when I attempt to help do the job they should be doing.

Paid 300 for my ad and it's never sold
You would do better buying lottery tickets. We paid up front in 2016 and have not heard from them since. Thousands are trying to unload timeshares like ours. Sorry to have given them over 600 but it is my ignorance and there is no excuse for that.
Terrible customer service - never available to talk and never return calls!
