Beautiful memorial. “The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams”

Moving.... at night, eerily quiet except for the raucous cops gathered at the donut shop across the street. Their presence was... disconcerting, but still comforting. See the Memorial. Donate. Love wins!!!

Touching tribute to those lost.

Every person should visit this site. See what hate can do. The 49 lost souls were just there to enjoy themselves. The bullet holes in the back door is a sobering reminder of how hate can destroy people. God bless and comfort the families. Your not alone in your grief.

This place is so beautiful and sad at the same time. I list my husband to a gunman here. It happened on 6-12-16 @ 1:30am. Now it is a memorial!!!

I recently moved to Orlando and I didn't really know where the Pulse Nightclub was. And I didn't really understand that there was a memorial there. One night though, I was driving along in my own little world, worried about everything that has been going on not just in my life but globally, and there I saw it. I pulled over, it was about 11 at night, and I was the only person there. I started a livestream on Facebook because I wanted to share the experience, but a few minutes in, when I saw that iconic waterfall doorway, I broke into tears. As a gay man I was so humbled because I have been to clubs like this hundreds and hundreds of times, and so I have a picture in my head of what it would have been like for those people having so much fun to all of a sudden be shocked to reality play gunman with a semi-automatic weapon gunning them down. I love the way Orlando has come together to memorialize this tragic event. You see how the city has embraced the gay community. And this memorial is a must-visit for everyone.

Quick visit to the memorial before leaving Florida. I signed in on the digital kiosk which was hard to read at first. (Look closer to the bottom of the screen.) Doing my part to fund the new permanent memorial, ordered a shirt online.

Moving, emotional and sobering. Everyone should visit this memorial. The bullet holes in the back door made it real for me. The overwhelming feeling you get while standing there is undeniable. I pray we never have this happen to anyone in this country again. RIP to the innocent souls who lost their life that day.
