People ask me why I only service my car at Lexus and my answer is very clear - Nick Archbald in the service department. Obviously servicing isn’t super frequent but over my years of going to Lexus since they opened this location, Nick has always taken top of the line care of me and helped me with anything I need. I know that he’s honest and is always looking out for my best interest. Of course the rest of the team supporting him is wonderful as well, but Nick is the best and anytime I consider switching to another brand, I remember my relationship and loyalty to him which will always keep me going back. Thank you, Nick. You’re the best!
First time buying a Lexus. Alexander, Gary and Franklin were a great sales team providing me a truly Lexus Experience.
