Had a wonderful experience as I finalized the purchase of my Vantage. Paulo A. at Aston Martin Orlando is extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He was \super-patient and helpful\ as we finalized the deal. It was really a unique and pleasant experience working with Paulo.
I had come in a few times over the last year to take a look at their Aston Martins and each time was treated incredibly well. Never any pressure to buy or do something that day. Finally pulled the trigger a few days ago and traded in my LC 500 for a 2020 Vantage. The car is absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The entire experience was first class. The whole team there was beyond helpful and friendly. Paulo who I have been working with since the first time I came in was a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed after my first visit and put together a variety of options for a deal but was never pushy. Made the entire process on the day really enjoyable. Jimmy was also amazing to work with. He gave me all the info on add ons like wheel and tire protection but wasn’t salesy or pushy in anyway. You could tell both actually cared about taking care of the customer first and foremost. If you are in the market for an Aston or Jaguar I highly recommend visiting them!
