Oh. My. Word. This place is a MUST if you’re in Tempe. Fresh delicious food with interesting flavor combos and awesome staff. I was in town for work and was at Chop Shop several times because I couldn’t get enough! Highly recommend the Red Chili Lime Shrimp protein bowl with forbidden rice. If the menu feels overwhelming just ask the server for their favorite. I found you can’t go wrong with their recommendations (thanks Vince!) The breakfast zen bowl with sweet potato hash is super good as well. I really liked the Hydrator juice and the Cold Buster was fun too. Again, can’t go wrong! Just check them out. Foodie paradise!

Always a go to favorite when I’m in Arizona. I love how fresh their ingredients are and how clean you feel after each meal here. I always get a fresh juice to go with my meal and it never disappoints. It’s a bit difficult to find parking here because of the construction, but once we did, we enjoyed a great view in the outdoor seating area.
Vegan & Gluten free options, PLUS dog friendly patio! This place has been my go to while working in Tempe. I mean, breakfast, lunch, and dinner go to. Only think of is adding some ciders or wine to the menu (good selection of beer currently)
Love this place! Come here every time we pass through Phoenix. Great quality food and excellent customer service. Wish we had one in San Diego!!
I was in the mood to enjoy the morning weather on a patio and ChopShop came to mind. The staff here are always pleasant, and I feel a bit better splurging with a breakfast out when the menu leans towards the healthier side of things. I settled on the sweet potato hash and a drip coffee. The coffee was excellent, but the hash was disappointing. If it weren’t for the green Tabasco I wouldn’t have been able to eat as much as I managed to. Two over easy eggs with rubbery, overcooked bottoms and runny white tops were perched upon an unappealing and mushy mound of vegetables. On the side, a stiff and bland tortilla. I dunno, it just didn’t shine in the way their food normally does. Maybe it’s just not my style of food, in a way? Or perhaps I’m better off sticking with the açaí bowl, which they tend to do right every time. Either way, the menu is diverse enough to keep you coming back for plenty of new experiences, and with such a slick patio setup, coffee and beer on tap, and some solid employees, The OG ChopShop is an excellent choice.
