Amazing enchiladas. Great tasting. Fresh rice, enjoyed the beans. Very clean and sanitized. Chicken fajitas are great. Thank you Blanco cafe on Fredericksburg rd. Employees are very service friendly, and courteous. I order out food once a week. Amazing.

Food is delicious. All wait staff are wearing a mask and face shield. They ask all customers to use hand sanitizer upon entering. Instead of salt and pepper shakers, they give you individual salt and pepper packages. On top of all that they have a score of 100 on their health inspection.
We always go here since it is literally next door the food and service is outstanding! They treat you like family!
I understand that we have to use PPE when going out and taking precautions. Especially visiting restaurant's being so close and everything. But... DO NOT use it to be rude and ignore customers. The Waiter took our order, then dropped off food and never checked on us again. We had to ask other staff to assist us. Staff members like truly hurt businesses. I myself and my crew will think twice about returning there.
Great little neighborhood Mexican joint. If you're up near the medical center area, it's a nice spot for lunch. Don't let the appearance throw you off. This isn't a place that's going to wow you from the outside, or inside honestly. But you can tell from the number of cars out front, they're doing something right. I thought service was fast and friendly. The enchiladas verde was excellent, as well as the crispy taco. I would have ordered a beer if they had any, but settled for an iced tea.
