Not been here for a long time and was pleasantly surprised by the choice and quality of the food. Piping hot soup starter that was very tasty. Followed by a selection from the many dishes on the hot buffet. Even trying dishes that l normally wouldn't. The premises have had a much needed update since my last visit but some of the chairs are looking a little tired. It was clean and the staff very polite and friendly. The price of 13.95 per adult is very reasonable for an all you can eat buffet. The 3 surcharge is still in force at management's discretion for leaving large amounts of food on your plate when you've finished. The dessert area is now bigger than ever. A good selection for the fussy eaters. Of which l am one! Even the drink prices are on par with normal pub prices. Only down side was the floor by the sink area the waiters/waitresses use was very slippery! ( greasy)
