Apparently got emailed that the restaurant wanted to contact us but couldn't which is weird when they had our phone number. Also I didn't see it until after closing hours and after expected delivery which was at closing hours at the restaurant.. Anyway they had already confirmed the order online and charged for the food so I didn't expect nothing was wrong.. Still was charged for the food which was never delivered... Tried to call and answered the email. But no excuse for charging for the food when the order was never delivered. Have to call the next day. I will update this then..

Nice and kozy take away restaurant on the Holland road in London! They prepare a live food hot and according to our need. If you need less spicy or more spicy, your instructions are respected. The staffs are very courteous and advise the best suited food for the taste buds. They deliver the food to home and the cost of the food is also not expensive.
Amazing food and great service! Always a winner - very lucky to have this close by. One of the best Chinese takeaways I’ve had. Try the sweet and sour chicken and Malaysian tofu. Classic combo.
The food had always been amazing and the prices pretty reasonable. But since a couple of weeks ago, they’ve jacked the prices right up and reduced the amount you get. I used to order from them every week. I will no longer order from them. Who is going to pay 28 for a dinner for one (entree, main and rice). Out of your mind.
Nice food - rubbish management Have been ordering from here nearly every week for a couple of months. Last time I ordered I was promised something different next time (Singapore Noodles instead of Egg Fried Rice - I'm ordering for one whilst on business). Didn't get what was ordered and front of house accused me of lying. I'll go elsewhere in future, I think the front of house needs some customer service education. I'm sure they'll have a different view but someone else will get my money next time even though the food was good. It's a shame but they need to replace the front of house individual and get someone with experience of customer service.
