Links at the website not working. Terrible when you are not from Thessaloniki and need information. You want to buy a pass? Addresses without numbers so Google Maps can not find it of course. Times opening ticket shops are mainly office hours or you have to go much further. As you normally won't have a car when you need a bus card it is far by feet. I didn't like living in Athens but this is something so much better organized there...

The company offices are located at Alexandrou Papanastasiou street in Xarilaou Thessaloniki in a small mall. The organization of Urban transportation in Thessaloniki is the only way to move in the city because there is no train or underground in Thessaloniki.

That was the worst experience I ever made. The public transportation is so bad, I can't describe it with words. There are no plans, when and where the busses are driving, the most buses do not even drive. Moovit don't work, the drivers are so rude... A little girl was almost killed because her leg was stuck (her body was outside laying on the street) in the door and the bus started driving. Greetings from Germany, where we have a working public transportation system.

This organisation makes the city have the worst organisation in Greece. Huge delays, very crowded and very hot in summer as only a few buses have A/C. When you get inside it is like the bus is going to be destroyed. Feels like we live in a third world country. It is ashaming for all the citisens and I am really sorry for all the tourists that are going to use these buses.

35 minutes delay from scheduled route. The response to my call was that the bus is arriving at 10 minutes on the last station... One bus for route 12 from, ktel to Kato toumpa
