Staff was incredibly unfriendly and impersonal. Run-down, equipment was in poor condition and not organized. Facility was dirty and unprofessional. Place was incredibly hard to find. Go somewhere else. Point proven. Instead of asking an unsatisfied customer what they can do better, they personally attack them. What kind of business does that?? Plus see pictures below. Looks like Billie himself, the English major made a grammatical error. I've written a few one stars, but I'm honest with my reviews.

Such a fun place! Went here on a date and Billie is awesome. He was so nice and helpful and everyone had a great time! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good time.

Amazing! My wife and I are not big into baseball (we're soccer players), but we have a blast just knocking those balls around. Graleat date idea, good times to be had by all. Billie was easy to work with and very personable. 100% would go again.

This is the best batting cage I have ever been to! The prices and service were amazing and I got great feedback with my hitting form and abilities. The coach was extremely efficient and kind with helping me improve, and I feel much more confident in my hitting skills. They even went out of their way to make sure I could improve with softball and not just baseball. I am definitely coming back here!
