Not impressed so far. Over promised and under delivered. Alls we have received so far is not a lot of work and full of excuses. Feel misold. Promised things just to get the work in. No respect for people’s life and work life. Owner didn’t have the courtesy to ring us to tell us about the plasterer, we had to put off as owner did realise that the installers had left a 30mm gap as they have cut too much away fro wall meaning more works for plasterer. All rubbish left on front of house despite being told house would be left clean, made to feel like we are being unreasonable. This is not how we expect our house to be treated. Hole left unsealed in house as work not completed as promised, resulting in heating being left on to keep house warm. Will update review when work is complete, first impressions not impressed. 4months on and the burner is working fine flue has lost the paint on the connections but presume this is due to the heat. Would recommend using your own plasterer as I had to pay for another plasterer to get the correct finish. Overall stove and tiled wall is good, but experience could have been better, as we love the fire on.

We recently had a log burner fitted and we are really pleased with it. Consultation with Dave was brilliant he listened to what we wanted and gave us great advice. We didn’t have to wait too long and it only took a day and a half. Orchard Woodburners did a great job from start to finish, we would recommend them.

Dave and his team fitted our wood burner 12 months ago. They were quick, clean and efficient. A year down the line and I can confidently say it was one of the best things we could have done. As a family we love the log burner and we are looking forward to the autumn and colder nights so that we enjoy it once again. I would highly recommend Orchard woodburners and if your considering a burner, go for it, you won't look back.
