This is a fabulous site. The staff are excellent too and they have some lovely caravans on here. They have a strict policy that you must own another property where you pay council tax though so it's not for everyone. No caravans are for rent here. They abide by the local council's rules that could only apply to a country like England. I would love to live there myself!

This is a absolutely great place to have a caravan this is one of the best sites in Skegness if not the best well done to all the staff and owners great how you work together and achieve success you deserve
