We went to Orchard nervously hunting for things that would help my mum continue to live independently. Orchard were incredible. Warm friendly with no sales pitch and know their stuff brilliantly. Marvellous people to deal with. Professional and courtious, giving excellant service and value for money. My parents have just purchased a 2nd Mobilty Scooter from Orchard Mobilty, and they set up a home visit to demonstrate the new Mobilty Scooter and conclude the deal. Orchard Mobilty are a clear leader in the industry, and other Mobility vendors should take note and learn from the best.

I really messed up with my trip to Cambridge and Orchard mobility, I was late getting there on Saturday and they were shut, also closed on Sunday so I had to got there on the Monday, apologise and pay for my reserved scooter, the lady was very kind and after I explained what had happened I was not charged anything. I will surely recommend these very kind people.
