Absolutely 1st class level of service. Freindly efficient staff, very helpful. Certainly top of my list for all future fencing jobs. Well worth the drive from Orpington to Welling.

So during the months of April/May/June the company were extremely hard to get a hold of, though given the circumstances, I understood. It took a total of 115 attempts over a couple of weeks to finally get through, emails weren't responded to either, again, perhaps understandable, though from April 14th they advertised they were fully up and running, so not quite sure what happened there. Once I finally got through to them late May, delivery wasn't available until July 1st. Purchased the Kent Lap panels, 9 of them. Quality was OK, some panels very rough with nails misaligned not great but for the price they were acceptable, not sure I'd have found cheaper prices elsewhere. They arrived very damp so were pretty heavy, the next day a couple of the panels boards have already bowed out a fair bit. See photos of the next day. Orchard Fencings pretty strict terms which state that once you get the fences delivered and paid for, whatever happens happens, if it bows out the minute they leave, that's life. I'm all for supporting local companies especially given these times, though for an extra 3-4 a panel, I would have jumped into my Delorean and bought from a major store with a returns policy. Overall, delivery was swift, workers were friendly once I got through, quality of fence panels a bit rough, lots of loose wood edges and misplaced nails, but for a very cheap price which offsets it, though I'd estimate the fences to need replacing in 3 years without treatment, though treatment would cost more than the panels themselves so little worth doing anything with these.

Would highly recommend. Ordered a few batches of the feather edge boards on site and was able to take them away immediately. We're really pleased with the quality of the product and was surprised at how low the price was in comparison to bigger retailers! Will definitely come back :)
