Having never bought more than a single box of the wrong sized screws in a national hardware store before I was very pleasantly surprised with ordering from Orbital Fasteners. Not only did their search function work and led me to the correct items, but when my order arrived promptly, were in excellent condition. I did not sit there and count the received items but I believe everything was probably in order. I cannot see how they could have provided me with a better service. Hugs x

Orbital fasteners......Brilliant came across them after searching for some special fixings for my project. big wood to metal dowels to support beams. The catalogue has such a huge selection well laid out and informative. It gave me the solution to a long standing fix. RECOMMENDED WITH NO HESITATION.
Used Orbital for a few years & have never been disappointed with their stock, both range & levels held and all their staff, both on the counter & on the phones, are very knowledgeable and helpful. Good prices and no restrictions on amounts ordered which is really useful. Great company.
Tried this company for the first time. Could not be more pleased with the level of service and the range of stock items they have. Prices are also very competitive with next day delivery service for a models fee unless you happened to be in their own van delivery area. Highly recommended.
They offer delivery next day, or you can pick up from the counter. Counter staff incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Deal with both trade and individuals. Prices very good and they will sell anything from a handful of fixings upwards. A truly decent firm with old school service.
