Been there several times in various apartments. The location is perfect. Within a few minutes you can reach some huge shopping centers. Huge parks. The citadel. The grocery market. Parking spots like crazy. The street its super silent and non of the dust and gasses from passing cars. (The whole neighborhood is filled with trees.) Despite the apartments are located a short walk from the center and main street ... the air is quite clean. The city is not that developed in the southern part (multi story buildings) so "clean air" can reach the apartments quite easily from the fields and Nojorid forest.. All things seem brand new and there is a pharmacy level of tidiness all over the place. In case of an eventual trouble the owner will help you out in no time. The kitchen ...and the apartments themselves are well equipped and you have more things that you would need. Another advantage that I liked that even in the hottest summers apartments stay quite cold and you don't have to use air conditioning at all. I had the perfect sleep. The center, main street is like a short walk away. Driving south you can get to the "ring" of the city and get everywhere quite fast. Choosing a location in the center would have a disadvantage being stuck in traffic. From here you have 3-4 possible routes to get fast wherever you want. Taking the car: Baile Felix (wellness centers and thermal pools) shouldn't be more than a few minutes. The access to the border its quite fast and easy as well. You can skip all of the traffic jam within the city.

Aproape de centru, camere mari, curat, gazde extrem de amabile, pret foarte bun. Vom reveni cu plăcere.
O locatie cu mult gust , o zona foarte linistita cu cartier de case, CAMERE FOARTE CURATE, si intime , au o curte micuta foarte draguta plina de flori ,loc de parcare supravegheat video ,am fost intampinat de un manager foarte prietenos si ajutator !! Recomand cu multa incredere ,Personal am ramas placut impresionat !!
Super locație aproape de centru , curat și la foarte bun preț ! Am sa revin de cîte ori am sa am drum in Oradea !
Locatie execelenta apropiata de toate punctele importante ale orasului . Cazare exceptionala . Include si loc de parcare .
Am revenit în această locație datorită raportului excelent preț calitate și locației
Apartamentul a fost minunat,curățenie, liniște și gazda primitoare :) Recomand,noi sigur vom reveni !
