Even tho i woke up late ..like 20min left for breakfast , it was better than some 4star hotels i.ve been to.

The lady at the reception wasn t really prepared. We rent a room on booking, and when we got there she said " all rooms are taken, you are lucky we still have one available". And I was like "but we rent one on the website" Yes girl, that is OUR room lol. The room was a little messy. The counters were dirty, we had to clean them ourselves so we can use them. Also the sheets had stains on them. In a pandemical situation like this, the fact that the rooms hadn t been cleaned before us, it s unacceptable.
You better read that before going there!!! At first sight the room is nice but when you enter you'll start notice all the inconveniences. First of all the air condition in ALL ROOMS HAVE NO HEAT OPTIONS (struggle one hour to heat the room with no results) so if you are going there in october as I went you better get more blankets. The radiator was rusty and watery when you touch it the water came out. The sheets and pillows have a yellow colouring. Let's move to the bathroom where the shower was rusy and the drain was stuffy! Spider webs behind the closets. The receptionist was nice and friendly she took to me in another room and tried air conditioning on heat option but as I said it doesn't work. So she offered me ONE extra blanket.
I have had the 'privilege' of spending one night at this place, with three, relatively small children. Now, since we were a family of five we were offered a so called 'studio' over the phone, which in the case of Oradea 2018's reality ment 'beci' (pour le connaisseurs), a place which had a completely different usage before, some drink bar, or anything alike. So we have ended up in -1 level 'suite' with no decent heating, lights were a bad joke (like we wanted to dance tango), and warm water from any ofthe sources was pretty much inexistent. The only reason why I had given them two stars is the location, which is quite OK, and their breakfast, which was more mioritic than continental, nevertheless it was of good quality.
You need urgent solutions! The pressure of the water at the 2.floor in the bathroom was 0! I couldn't wash my teeth & shave! The lock of the door from the 1. floor was broken, we couldn't close it at the night! But the breakfast was good & the staff helpful!
Bad place to stay! Don’t go there. Don’t even send your enemies there!
Eckelhaft dreckig, keine Rückerstattung! Der Inhaber wollte uns eine (eigentlich schon inkludierte) Tasse Kaffee!!!! als Entschädigung geben! Unter alles Würde. Rezeption sehr nett und ihr Bestes gegeben, die Manager sind zum schmeißen. ------------ Ingrozitor de murdar, fara rambursare! Seful hotelului a vrut sa be ofere o cafea ca si scuze care oricum o aveam inclusa in micul dejun!! De toata jena. Doamnele de la receptie sunt foarte dragute si si-au dat silinta sa ajute, dar managerii sunt de aruncat. ------------ Horribly dirty, no payback! The owner of the place wanted to offer us a cup of coffee as a sorry, which we already had included in our breakfast!!! Unnacceptable. The ladies working at the reception gave their best and were welcoming, but the managers are to be thrown out.
The first day here was great, it looks very nice, its clean and the price was acceptable.
