Oh I wish I could have given all five stars... I really do. The waitress was charming and the decor lovely and comfortable. The first five minutes were perfect however the food really let the place down. For the entrées, my liver wasn't properly de-veined, my toast was burnt, my husband's snails were unsalted, we were off to a bad start. For the main course, my steak was inedible. Even with a sharp knife, it took ten slices to detach a small piece which then took a minute to chew down and swallow. Both that and my husband's meal were served on cold plates so everything was stone-cold after a couple of minutes. Frankly, we had already spent over 70 so we didn't bother with desert, some of which was piled up on the counter, covered in plastic wrap. Yes, you can see the cooking area... The greasy extractor-fan grates and the dirty oven, the peeling counter-top and the fridge smeared with food. Oh boy. Anyhow, I'm sure, given the shining reviews, that this is a one-off and that it was just a bad day. I truly hope they get back on top of things soon. They have a lovely team. It's situated in a busy neighborhood with relatively rich neighbors and a couple of very large businesses within walking distance. If well executed, their menu is attractive. It's got true potential.

We have just been here tonight. The service was superb and the food was excellent. The chef prepares your food there at the bar, which allows you to see everything it takes to prepare such a great meal. Well worth a visit. We will certainly be going back.
I had the steam trout with the broccolis and it wasn't that great. Very expensive for what it was, I would at least expect salmon for this price. There's no real kitchen in there, all is cooked behind the bar so this might reflect the quality of the meals.

Encore un petit effort et la 5eme étoile sur maps n'est pas loin. Les plats sont frais et préparés par le chef juste derrière vous. Il sont donc frais. Au goût c'est tout simplement bon Le service table est rapide la serveuse et sympathique et professionnelle. Bref une belle adresse à découvrir dans cette partie de la ville.
La carte change régulièrement. Nous avons très bien mangé, les produits servis sont de qualité. Peut être un poil cher par rapport aux quantités servies. Personnel sympathique.
