ALL the lobster! The lobster deal in August that opus do is probably the best value lobster you will ever eat. A whole fat, juicy grilled lobster with chips plus a choice of starter and desert, made even better value with the eat out to help out scheme. This was our first post-pandemic outing and the friendly service, clean interior and fantastic food made this a joy! My husband had the steak which was also superb.

Been here for Tuesday dinner with 10 off pp for the steak house menu. The food was really good. Love the chicken wings. It is so tender. The steak was cooked perfectly with full of flavour. The sauce for the steak was also beautiful. Service was good as well. Nothing to complain really. Definitely would go again !
Three choices for starters, mains and dessert. I started with the Creamy Goats Cheese Mousse, a generous dish with an excellent balance. For my main I went for the Whole Brixham Plaice on the bone., just wonderful. I shared a Treacle Tart with Vanilla Ice Cream, again excellent. Service excellent as usual.
Really delicious food and the bar staff made me my own mocktails which was exciting! The food was well presented and had great flavour. The menu was mainly steak and you could pick the type of steak and which sauce you wanted.
We visited during 'eat out to help out'. The set menu was great, understandably limited but high quality. We had a two course meal with lobster for about 17. Fantastic. Staff were excellent, friendly and really helpful. Social distancing of tables was really well done. There were apologies for the meal not being served quicker but we all understand that covid puts extra pressure on these places. An excellent evening out and felt very safe.
