Optiplan Kitchens - Basingstoke

I believe it is important to shop around whether buying cars or kitchens. We visited Optiplan and found the product was excellent and Antony the designer was extremely helpful. The designs put forward were creative but because we were merging kitchen, utility and part of garage into one, we had a maximum budget for building work and kitchen installation. Rather like buying a car often something you like exceeds your total budget. This was the case with us, but I certainly suggest you check out Optiplan when looking for a new kitchen.

We have just ordered a kitchen from Optiplan, Basingstoke. The level of customer service we have received from the showroom manager, Anthony, has been excellent. Anthony, has listened and been patient when we have been swapping and changing our minds . The showroom is well set out and offers a wide range of kitchens to view. Anthony has been professional and helpful throughout the design process and we are delighted with the results - hence placing an order. We are at the 1st stage of this process, next stage is survey but very happy with our choices and Optiplan thus far.

We saw Sam in Basingstoke Showroom-such a lovely young lady! She helped us with the entire design.We were confused with a lot of things, but she helped us to go through everything, although we made a lot of changes. Sam gave us very good ideas and always was able to find the best option for us. Very nice and most important - very professional and helpful, which is very important for the clients. We expect our new kitchen to be as good as the staff is. Excellent work! Well done!

I had a very tight timeline to complete my renovation project during the 2020 pandemic and Optiplan were absolutely fantastic from the initial planning right through to the fitting of the Kitchen. They did everything they said they would do under difficult circumstances and met the completion date. Absolutely stunning job too!!
