Little slow but great service

Literally one of the worst experiences of my entire life. This dentist was trying to handle seven patients at once and literally ripped a molar out of my head without numbing me fully, with no assistant- shoved a piece of gauze in my mouth and just left me to bleed out. I wish I was kidding right now. I had to stumble out of the room crying and holding handfuls of my own blood pouring from my mouth to find help. This is THE ONLY DENTIST in Peoria that takes my insurance and I would rather have all of my teeth rot out of my head than to ever go back into this place.

Though the wait time in chair is normally a bit lengthy as was the usual today however the young lady doing my impressions was a total sweetheart and explained everything she was doing and showed me as well. She was very personable and put me at ease which was a most welcome surprise.

Called at 8 on a holiday weekend (Saturday ). Seen at 9. Staff was pleasant. Dentist took time to look at problem and promptly referred me elsewhere for more extensive work. Smooth, hassle free. Will go back.
