Due to the lockdown my glasses were in the opticians. Had a few conversations regarding this. Last week received a telephone call to advise that they were back in the shop. Confirmed my address details and delivered my glasses by hand. Awesome customer service.

Great local opticians! I had a really thorough eye test, and the staff was very knowledgeable when it came to choosing frames. Quite a diverse selection of glasses & sunglasses as well (they were also able to order in specific frames for me that I found online, and fit them for me) Recommended - will be returning for a contact lens consultation soon too :)
