Attended for my very first ever eye test at an opticians today. Felt a little nervous however friendly professional staff soon put me at ease. From beginning to end the whole process was simple. Strenuous cleaning carried out before, during and after my visit. Cannot recommend more. Thank you everyone.

I recently went into optical express Dumbarton for my eye test. The staff were very welcoming friendly, helpful, chatty, and made you feel at ease. The optician was also really friendly and thorough. Felt comfortable with the choice of glasses I picked as I had the staff there for their opinions which was a great help for me. Many thanks again . .

At eye test I was taken straight away. All staff very polite and explained at each stage. I needed new glasses and I had a big choice of the 49 prescription glasses. New glasses quickly produced and I was quickly informed that they were ready for delivery. So happy all in.

It has been a few years since my last optician check-up. But, from start to finish, my latest experience was perfect. The check-up was on time, everything was explained to me throughout, and then I was able to choose new frames, receiving a free second pair. I was told it could take up to 12 working days before they would be ready, but I received a phone call only a week later to say they were ready to be collected. I would recommend them to anyone needing new glasses.

I had a very professional experience and was made to feel really welcome at this branch. This wasn't my first visit here though as i previously had an eye infection which they treated with care. This visit though was for an eye test which i can honestly say was very in depth and conducted by a clearly experienced and knowledgeable optician. I also chose new spectacles and fortunately had a member of staff helping otherwise being colour blind i would have ordered a lovely purple pair.
