Excellent staff at the Blantyre branch, had my eye test where the optician explains everything clear from start to finish. The staff where very helpful and attentive throughout the process of selecting my glasses. All Covid safety measures are in place creating a safe place to visit.

Optival Express, Clydeview Shoping Centre, Blantyre. I now have to pair to have frames replaced, cause in December they couldnt b bothered fixing them, the old apprentice said she couldnt tighten them. Had issues in here before with staff, it is almost as if everything is too much trouble and we're disturbing them.

From walking in the door to walking out the staff made me feel very welcome. They were friendly and helpful and what I liked most was that they honestly gave me their opinion when I was trying glasses on. They helped me find the ones that suited me best with patience, even though I must have tried on about 30 pairs. Eye test itself was quick yet thorough and I felt satisfied with the outcome. All in all a very positive experience.
