Unfortunately, I am in the position of having to use this service. Staff are understanding enough to help, and not judgemental. The last time I went, they'd had a problem with the weather, so it was quite limited as to what they could offer on the day. Tinned goods only, basically.

I go here on a Tuesday evening for a free hot meal the staff are friendly and helpful
