I like to say that they are best in class taxi service along with hotel service at low budget. And Mr. Paul a very nice person and offer us best in class service. Randomly searched for tourism in ooty and got best in class service. Definitely everyone should try here before planning to visit ooty.

I randomly tried searching for tour organizer and identified Ooty Tours and Travels. I planned this for my parents and need to make sure they don't face any issues. Have to say that Paul and team are the best in arranging this Tour travel to Ooty. They made the arrangement on time, the hotel was located in an amazing location and the Driver was friendly. I would strongly recommend the travel agency to any one who visit Ooty. Particularly the cost was so reasonable for the service that was offered. We took cab services for total 4 days including pick up and drop from Coimbatore airport to Ooty. When we initially called for the quotation, surprisingly the amount they are charging is really economical and at same time services are at best quality. We got Jawahar as our driver, he is really professional and friendly as he is native of Ooty he knows in and around the city and made our trip memorable with all assistance required. One thing i observed with the service is they go beyond customer expectations to make sure customer have memorable experience. Thanks to the management and Jawahar for helping us to have memorable trip.

Am yadhav from mummbai i visited lot of country in before corona , after refreshing i searched lot of travel agency but i choose ooty heritage and spoked mr paul polite and softly after i choose my aniversary packages with my wife and 3 years baby . Its wonderfull arrangements i got . They give best 3 star hotel delights its a very good hotel food was tasty for candle light dinner , Room was so specious and clean and tour plan was so good for a four days my driver dinesh such a good persond and good driving One of the best place they ll showing me in emmarld lake dont miss it And dont forget it its all are ooty heritge only Thanks a lot mr paul
