Not possible to give ZERO so we go with one star! Terrible service! I am without internet since 1st of February. Waiting one of the mechanics call me AGAIN for a appointment (last one they didn’t arrived on time and I have lost half day of work waiting for it). After 10 days of this nightmare and without internet I contact your company to cancel since I am without service since beginning of the month and what is the answer I received? My cancellation will be valid only for 10th of March and I still need to pay a new invoice for a full month that I never was able to use the internet!! You only can be kidding with this! WORST customer service ever!!!
Worst installation service, I scheduled an appointment at 4-8 today but the mechanic came at 2.40 when I was not in home he didn't even call me and left a pamlet. I called to guidion they said sorry it was mistake by there end but there is no mechanic so I need to wait for two more days. Why do I need to wait for there mistake? I suggest don't go to telefort may be they are good for internet service but installation mechanics and service guys are too worst.
Please change the installation team , I am not having any problem with your internet connection but i am fedup with the installation team. worst customercare and installation mechanic they won't maintain there appointment properly

Vreselijke klantenservice. Verhuizing doorgegeven en nu opeens door hun fout is ons abonnement stop gezet. Hiervoor al 80 keer gebeld maar ze doen geen enkele moeite. Nooit meer een abonnement afsluiten bij telfort!!!!
