Pleasant atmosphere and the staff are always courteous, but we simply can't open an account here. They tell us to expect a mailing in 7-10 business days, but nothing arrives, and when we call to ask about our account status, the representatives don't seem very informed about how they can help us. For some reason I've found that the smaller local banks are much better at keeping their promises.

Buiten kantoortijd, alleen pinnen, niet storten. Je staat relatief veilig, veel camera toezicht.
Zeer slecht voor een stad als Oosterhout dat het ING kantoor dicht is. In Dongen notabene wel geopend. Hoe moeilijk kan het zijn iets te organiseren qua corona.
Op de site staat open, nou gisteren geweest om te storten, is het nog dicht wegens corona. Hoe moeilijk is het om spat schermen te hangen en een bordje met 3a4 personen binnen.
Het is dicht, laat je niet misleiden door de foutieve informatie op Google.
deel volledig de reactie van dhr vd donk. Zuur om te constateren dat je geen geld kan opnemen bij dit ing-kantoor. Corona Ja, maar er zijn mogelijkheden genoeg om op veilige afstand met elkaar te kunnen communiceren en/of geld op te nemen. Dat is OVERIGENS toch al het geval bij pinautomaten.
Nog steeds dicht na corona... In Oosterhout kan je nergens geld storten.
