Always cooked fresh with plenty of choice from a varied menu, cooking from fresh incurs a little bit of waiting time though there’s plenty to enjoy from the Oor Wullie themed decor within the shop and its entrance. Food was served quickly and priced competitively with other similar establishments within Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire . Little ones visiting the shop enjoy the Oor Wullie character figures that sit permanently at the side of the store prompting many great memories from summer 2019 when family’s up and down the length and breadth of Scotland visited the locations of a few hundred of similar figures all with their own theme and brought to life by artists across the country to raise funds for the Archie Foundation . I stay a few mile away from the shop though I always visit when I am in the area and have always enjoyed the service and fish &chips, I highly recommend , well worthy of a visit if you have not been before .
Had a really delicious vegan white pudding from here last night. I'd been so looking forward to it I was worried I'd actually be disappointed, but definitely wasn't. Impressed with all their social distancing measures in place too.
Great food (including the gluten free and vegan options) and lovely staff!
First time there tonight. Has to be the best chipper. Vegan puddings. Rare min.
