We went to visit Oodles Chinese at Walthamstow branch. We ordered 1 large hot chilli mix, 1 large box of egg fried rice, udon noodles, chilli chicken & crispy prawns. For the sides we got, spicy chips, vegetable spring rolls, chinese hot wings and torpedo prawns. They were very generous with the portions. We absolutely loved everything! My absolute favourite was the hot chilli mix box and spicy chips and chinese hot wings. The wings were soo succulent and yummy! Also, the staff were soo friendly and always ensured if we needed anything, we were served by the lovely staff member named Harlow x at Walthamstow. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you love chinese food like myself

Unfortunately this store is no way near as good as the stores I've had in Leicester. I've spent at least 2000 on oodles in the last 5 years of my life. The usual, portion sizes were good But they weren't able to season it as well and some chickens weren't cooked properly. Also, they gave me veg rice instead of Singapore. I called on the phone and when the guy was struggling I asked if I should speak to someone else but then he hung up. Then he rejected the calls I made after until someone else picked up. At least now I know to never try these other oodles franchises because it will be no where near as good as Leicester oodles - SAD!
2.5 / 5 Mixed opinions. Got some large box and small box meals and the amount of meat in the large is the same as it is in the small. The only thing the large has more of is rice. So from it didnt seem worth the extra money. On the plus side Food did taste good. It wasnt greasy and gets made quick. Just not sure its justified with price
I like the fact you can see your food being prepared. However the sweet and sour chicken could do with a little more sweetness. Staff are efficient.
