4 star due to mistakes on part of the airline but other then that beautiful place to be , the surrounding mountains and local artwork scattered throughout the airport is amazing , the mountains looked even better from the sky and the food shops although limited in the time of this pandemic where great , the morning crew from Harvest&Grounds were energetic and livened up the dark cold morning.

Ontario international is one of the easiest airports to get in and out of. Very convenient security process, gates are close, numerous food and shopping options, and just an overall easy experience. I know flights into Ontario may be a bit more expensive, but it is worth every extra penny spent.
airport was clean & not as busy as I expected. Staff was friendly. My complaint is with Frontier & Southwest airlines for not following CDC rules. The plane was packed full, every seat!! But then they ask when you stand up, to keep 6ft apart from each other!! Really, why?? After we were practically seating on each other's lap!!! Makes no sense at all & makes me angry that there was no distance from each other on the plane. Praying I don't get Covid!!
Fast, efficient, easy. Forget LAX! Ontario Airport is the way to go! Staff are pleasant and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Highly recommended.
