I worked through an agency with them for a longer period of time and it was great . After months later of working somewhere else I choosed to come back working directly with the company itself with my LTD as a \subby\. It was a very WRONG decision!!! Lack of communication, expected to do the maximum hours possible, made me sleep in the cab unprepared because they booked a collection at a time that the client have already closed. But the worse its that they have not only not paid me for sleeping in the truck, but they have decided to take 245 out of my last wage after I gave my one week notice as per agreement. Reason? I pulled a cable (an improvisation) down from a client who has put it back without charging them at all as he had no hight signs for the cable. That happened weeks before I handed in my leaving notice. And they still asked if I know other drivers that would take such a job. I called ACAS about it and things won't be left this way even if I have to go to a small claims court!
