Cheryl has really helped me let go of the feeling attached to certain memories. Memory that is trauma. It has helped me let go of a lot. The memories are still there, but the attachment of the trauma is gone. Even with just the one time it has helped me significantly. I still have a lot of work to do with her. But at least I am starting somewhere. It’s not an overnight thing. It’ll take work. I appreciate all her help and how she spends special time with her clients.

I approached Cheryl to help me resolve a pattern in my behavior that I have started noticing in recent times. Having studied hypnotherapy myself, I am aware that this therapy is very promising for reprogramming the subconscious mind. Cheryl was very courteous and agreed to help me. We did an online video call session. It was a wonderful experience for me getting hypnotized for the first time. I feel so much better since the therapy session and can feel the changes in my behavior. Since our session, Cheryl has also been following up with me regularly to check if all went well. Before I saw Cheryl, I didn't believe in hypnotherapy. But she has turned me into an advocate.... I seen Cheryl for anxiety and long term stress issues. I came as a last resort, and I was skeptical. However, she was referred to me by someone I really trusted. After just one session with Cheryl, my life really changed for the better. Any sessions I've had with her since, has greatly improved my wellbeing.
