I only put 1star so I could put on a review. I would advise against purchasing any product from this company. They may have good prices, but the customer service is atrocious. They Will not accept responsibility for faulty products, they will pass the blame on to yourself. They will not replace, exchange or refund. You may as well throw your money away when purchasing from this company. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

I purchased 2 white soft cellular cot blankets. They were in the sale for 8.97, they had been originally over 29. The items arrived and I was appalled with the quality. The picture of this item on your website looks fantastic, super quality, when the items arrives they are of a sub standard quality and not as the pictures shows. I'm so sure that this comes under trading standards. I had to give one star as I I couldn't complete a review with none which your company deserves I had to pay postage and packing both ways which I feel is very unfair. These items were not fit for purpose. Dont buy from this company if you want quality products shop else where.
I stumbled onto this site looking for a baby jogger rain cover, I was very happy with the customer service I received, the staff were friendly and helpful when I made my order this morning via phone & I picked it up from their showroom this afternoon. They are very competitive on price and I disagree with the previous review as the majority of companies are all the same, when it comes to price match, I've found this out for myself with big brand stores. The showroom is definitely worth a look around, there is a variety of pushchairs carseats, nursery furniture & acessories, they also have showroom offers that are not available online. I will definitely be shopping here again. There's a free car park and the store is wheelchair accessible.
