Sadly Jake at OnestopcarshopUK let himself down, the promise of a good experience was badly tarnished by a discussion about the car I purchased having a new sump due to an oil leak and we do \all we can to satisfy the customer\ . The car had an oil leak and when we took it to a garage they pointed out a few other issues which I raised with Jake, the car was collected and a few days later returned only to have the oil leak show up again. I could go on but at this point I will say that the promises made and broken have left me with a bad taste and a recommendation to everyone not to trust Jake and his car sales UPDATE I see that Jake has responded to my review with a number of untruths and Jake I DID NOT EXPECT A NEW CAR I expected an honest and trustworthy sales person sad to say YOU are not.

Wonderful place, helpful, knowledgeable, and great selection. We've just bought a car from them. Can't praise them highly enough.
Very efficient thankyou. Bought my car online and had it delivered 160 miles away. Was apprehensive buying and not seeing but needn't have worried. Everything they told me about the car was true , they also put a MOT on for me which I didnt expect. All in all a very happy bunny.
A fantastic company to deal with. Me and the wife went today to take a browse at a Mercedes Benz CLK and we’re thrilled to be the new owners! It wasn’t even properly advertised just one photo but a bunch of information which was perfectly described. The test drive was extensive and it was valeted on site prior to driving home even with the horrible weather today! Bravo!
Popped in today to have a look at a few vehicles I saw on there website but they had been sold the day before. It was a shame as they were a bargain! Didn’t end up buying a car but the owner gave us a few examples of what is being collected today and tomorrow so going to call back in! Lovely person to deal with and hopefully get a car from them soon. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in Ilkeston!
