Amazing shop first shop i went in when moved here and they are so helpful due to my illness they understand and help me at the till because j go there regularly they know what i get

Although generally, this store is great for all types of general supplies etc, the fact that they are consistently late opening in the mornings due to deliveries, which, quite frankly, should be better timed to be done before opening hours by such a large chain, and the terrible attitude of two of the staff, who are no less than totally arrogant, it is spoiled!!
Justin and the gang are a great team and, it seems, THE go-to guys for local print shop needs. They do have competition but you'd never know it from the number of local businesses I know that use them. If they can't do it on site they can get it done for you locally. Just ask. I've seen cars wrapped with a print and I've seen 20 feet banners done. Gym shirts and hoodies and full laser cut laminates - they do it all. Tell them Steve sent you!
Loads of products and always plenty of offers available. More like a supermarket than a corner shop! Very friendly staff! Shout out to Brodie who went out of her way to help me and my daughter, very lovely lady!
This has by far got to be one of the worst \stores\ I've walked into In my life for a small local shop you'd be foolish thinking that you're able to just pop in and pick up a few bits and then quickly get home. This is either the most popular store on the planet or the staff are so useless that they couldn't even run a bath between the lot of them if you can walk in and not get stuck in a cue for 20 minutes you've got very lucky. That also doesnt help that they don't tell you that they've changed the way a cue works when youre sat in said cue and then for no reason what so ever the person stood behind you is helped and then that cashier just disappears to deal with that issue leaving one cashier with the massive cue and wasting everyone's time all without saying a word to me so I'm stood there like an absolute lemon and don't even get an apology. That's without mentioning the fact that a member of staff point blank looked me in the face and lied saying they didn't have any of a certain product in, yet when I went in first thing the next morning some of what I needed magically appeared over night. This job isn't hard and if they can't even get the basics right like how a cue works or stops lying to customers I don't think this place will ever improve.
