I am very impressed with One Stop Bathroom & Cladding Shop and give them five stars in every respect. On visiting the store I was welcomed by Billy who was so helpful in showing me their product range and explaining the full design and installation service. The professionalism shown resulted in me requesting a survey and quotation for a major bathroom refurbishment. The survey of my bathroom took place within 24 hours this was very well managed allowing me to set out my plan but with the offer of guidance on the various options available to me when I needed it. Once the plan was agreed a quotation was provided the following day with the offer to review my product choice if necessary. On acceptance of the quotation I visited the store and an installation date was agreed. Installation started on the agreed date even the delivery of the material arrived exactly on time. The team that installed my bathroom were considerate and communicated the plan of work and progress achieved clearly as work progressed. The complete installation was well managed with no fuss or inconvenience even the removal of the old suite was collected exactly on time with a full clean up of all rubbish and debris. I now have a top quality bathroom installed to a high standard with every step delivered on time to the agreed price, quality and specification. In conclusion they are nice people to deal with and I can highly recommend them.

Ordered some cladding over the phone and the lady who I spoke with was very helpful and polite. The cladding was delivered the next day as promised and the only issue I had was with the delivery, the driver said he couldn't bring the cladding in the house because of covid but could put it on my stairs, isn't that still entering my house? he dropped the goods off on the stairs which wasn't ideal as they slid back down and he basically left me to it, the cladding was far to heavy for me to lift so I had to ask a neighbour to place the cladding in a more convenient place. I've recently had carpets fitted, blinds and a full bathroom fitted during covid and no complaints from anyone entering my house or bringing in goods so thought this action from the driver was unnecessary hence only 4 stars. And just to add the driver was wearing a mask, so what's the point in that if he cant enter anyones house? Crazy!!

We are absolutely delighted with our new shower and bathroom refit. I just could not believe the difference in just three days! I can't recommend these guys highly enough, as everything from customer service, communications, workmanship and finally the clean up and collection of our waste was timely and efficient. Ian and Mick our fitters are stars and are so helpful and hardworking.
