5 stars for the 5 star service. We got let down by another shop for a prom dress. These fantastic ladies were amazing. They changed our awful experience with another shop in to an amazing one. Fantastic selection of prom dresses , at great prices. Molly was amazing she gave my daughter so much confidence, an absolute credit to this shop. Paula was great as she found my mum a mother of the bride outfit. I'll be coming back here for my wedding dress. You should advertise more as the people in South Manchester will love your amazing shop. I also brought my baby to the shop which wasn't easy, but nothing was too much trouble. Amazing x

What a fantastic shop! What a truly amazing experience from start to finish. Paula feels like a life long friend who gives honest and genuine advice. The attention to detail is phenomenal. Paula and her team genuinely care that you feel amazing in your dress without any pushy sales pitch or hard sell and encouraged me to think about the wedding dress and come back. Which I did and was certain I had found my perfect dress. One Special Day has such a great selection of bridal dresses and bridesmaid dresses and always makes me feel truly special and so excited for my big day. I can't recommend One Special Day enough and I can guarantee you will enjoy your personal experience from start to finish and feel like a real princess. I wish I could get married every year to spend more time with Paula and her amazing selection of dresses.

This is a Great place. Great experience. My daughters prom dress is perfection. The ladies in this shop are amazing and make it all the more special.
