Great gym been going to onefitness on and off but seem to come back there all the time, since not a lot of gyms in town or around have shower facilities, always clean and welcoming
Very friendly and approachable staff. Classes provide great workout based on les mills. Instructors are easy to follow with clear and timely instructions
