Tried calling on a weekend...not available. Left details for a call back...nobody returned my call. Called them after I finished work...they'd all gone home. Not great. ...try someone else with better office hours who actually give a damn if you've had your car smashed in.
My husband and I were involved in an accident that was not our fault. We were in a state of panic and anxiety. So many questions were going through my mind; who will repair the car?
