This location is ran well and you can tell people enjoy each other! Great staff, manager is great! When I say great, they take great care of their guests! We celebrated my son’s birthday and they made sure he had a great time!! Restaurant is clean and covid precautions taking accordingly! Staff shoutouts: Marissa is great at her job. She was super friendly and took care of us from the first phone call and set up our table perfectly! Kylie was caring and attentive! She made sure my son’s day was special! Deb, general manager, checked on us. Made sure we were having a great time and she appreciated her staff! Thank you!!

Went for lunch during the weekend and service was a little slow at points but overall good. Good was fresh and came out in good intervals.
We always love a trip to Red Lobster! The chain never fails to deliver us delicious seafood while trapped in landlocked Omaha. The hostess even pulled out a lobster from the tank for the kids to look at and to pet!
Pretty good! I haven't been to red lobster for awhile because their quality had been slowly dwindling, but this time the service was good, the food was hot, and the biscuits were fresh.
My wife sees all of the food commercials on tv. Recently Red Lobster had a special \cedar-plank\ dinner consisting of 2 lobster tails, battered & fried shrimp, grilled smoked sausage, potato wedges seasoned corn on the cob and a dinner salad and yes 6 garlic cheesy bicuits added to the order (good choice). Since she is in longterm care I get her these dinners to go then enjoy them with her there. I can only speak of the takeout service. Other than my order was saved under the wrong name they had everything ready and right. Thanks to the waitress's quick thinking to check for my order via the phone# the wrong name was corrected immediately. Preserving the 5th star (that was at risk of loss). The food was delicious (even in the to-go venue). And it did come served on the cedar-plank!
