Superior vaccination service!! This Team is pulling extra hours to administer Pfizer vaccine to their eligible & available patients. They called me to inform me they're ready & my appointment wasn't needed - FEDERAL AGENCY working efficiently & effectively on this Federal Holiday, Presidents' Day! From entry, follow their little blue flags - plenty of staff & volunteers to make things speed along!

Always friendly...safe steps in place for safety from covid exposure. Vets can get covid vaccinations now! Lines were long but moved quickly..will have you wait for 15 minutes after shot for observation.

The majority of the staff are residents. You are going to see your doctor maybe 3 times a year and then you will get a new one. I can never get my meds when I need them, and they decide if they want you to pick them up or if they want to mail them. It’s such a hassle getting anything accomplished here. I’ve never had a worse experience. They take away community care at any time. No matter how long you are seeing a doctor.

The nurses, doctors and staff at the hospital were the most caring and compassionate care givers. They took the best care of my father. The facility was clean and welcoming. A special thank you to 5th floor east nurses. Especially Marcy, Janette and Liz and all of the people who took care of him. Thank you for giving your all and doing what you do.

20 years now I've relied on the VA for all medical needs being a 70% disabled vet. For the bad rap and press the VA health system gets as a whole lately, in 20 years, the Omaha/Western Iowa VA has never done me wrong. If not for them, I would most likely be one of those without health insurance. It's a government beuracracy, but the health care providers from the top surgeons, to the orderlies, in my experience have always been top notch.
