The billing department was a nightmare to work with. No customer service and extremely unprofessional. This has absolutely been the worst experience. After 19 years with Methodist, my family has decided to transfer all of our care needs to CHI Health.

My choice with Methodist Women's center WITH DR MARK D CARLSON & TEAM OF SUPERSTARS, began when I was at my wit's end looking for the right expert that would and could, de-code my cryptic yet desperate plea for help of explinations that seemed out of ordinary and hopeless. I found on the website not only a list of doctors but who they were as well. Reputations are one thing, ratings too, but to see who Methodist has is more than ratings and popularity, it was personal. I found an interview video of the passionate and worthy specialists that seem to belong here with Methodist. The true belief, and deliverance, of the best care possible. Standards and genuine interest in care that I found on DR MARK D CARLSON and his team, spoke volumes. Thank goodness there's doctors who go where the true talent and care they deliver, can be the best. So, I took my opportunity to go confidently into the care of this doctor, after 18 years off of and on unsuccessful results and attempts in Nebraska, I now have began to receive my best care. And continue to do so today. So thank you Methodist for housing a place where the Masters can flourish. And thank you Dr Carlson and your amazing team of nurses, for your dedication, patience, and determination , to help in women's care. And for helping me.
I think this is a tough place to rank because there are so many different things in the same place which is a huge benefit but also can look bad on the reviews. Like we did IVF and had our first kiddo here and loved it loved the whole process The doctors the nurses everyone we worked with was so great!!! And that department I would for sure give like a 10 out of 10 if I could but my primary care physician is also here and I have not had a great experience with them so I would give them like a one. So I guess it depends on what you're there for
