We visited Kobe for the first time last night. I appreciated the safety precautions they have taken, including mask requirements, having hand sanitizer available, and placing partitions between groups. I knew my kids would have a great time (and I was right!) but my 10 year old is a picky eater and a little anxious. I prepared him by showing him YouTube clips of hibachi and agonizing over the menu with him. He settled on chicken and I encouraged him to at least TRY everything he was given. He did and I was pleasantly surprised at how much he ate and enjoyed! Our chef was fantastic and I love how much he interacted with my kids. The wait staff was attentive and friendly and it was a great environment. It was such a fun treat for our family and we already can't wait to go back!

I went to Kobe to celebrate my birthday with my dad. Neither one of us had ever been to a grill like this, but we both very much enjoyed the experience. Our chef had a good humor to him, to the level that he was even able to get one of the ladies sharing our station to start smiling; she struck me as being super annoyed when they arrived, so it was nice to see people relaxing. For some reason, nearly every table had a birthday, and I think the only \downside\ we noted was that the dude who had to do the birthday gong for their song and celebration was completely over it and unenthused (which was honestly super funny to us regardless... There's something hilarious about a bored person hitting a gong). It was our first visit but it won't be the last. I hadn't been out to do anything like that since January, and Kobe definitely stepped into the role of celebration very well... They even allowed us to sit and have a proper visit, something I don't get to do with my dad very often... They didn't push us out and I really appreciate that. My pictures show their share drink called the Volcano, which tastes pretty good and was a fun addition of fire, and then the complementary photo they took of my dad and me, which I thought was a fun and unique way to appreciate diners that have chosen the place to celebrate. I hope we can come back often. Unfortunately, can't be too soon, as I lost my job the day before my birthday visit, and while totally worth the price I think, the cost of the experience from a wallet perspective is a little too high for me to justify regular meals there when money is tight... I look forward to a change in circumstance that allows for us to potentially be regulars, because aside from all of this, the food was delicious!

We went here for my wife’s birthday. We had a great time. Our chef was amazing. The tables had dividers for Covid safety. Set a reservation ahead of time.

This food is SO good! It’s very expensive but worth it. They offer a big variety of food like steak, salmon, shrimp, and even lobster. So good. They even make it entertaining by doing tricks while cooking.
