She takes the time to see each child and think about their needs. Dr Dahlke is very thorough when it comes to diagnosis, making sure that she applies her own professional opinion through questions, family history, and constant updates. Mental Health diagnosis isn’t the same as finding a broken bone on an x-ray. It is much more fluid and sometimes takes years to get a good diagnosis. I make sure that I get my children to EVERY single appointment, do the follow up bloodwork and follow any action plans that we agree on. I appreciate her later office hours so that my kids can be in school where they belong instead of needing to pull them out and leave work for an appointment. I will continue to send more parents, guardians, foster parents to her because she is the beat I have found so far!
