Its the Omaha airport neccessary for travel but has never been super organized or convenient. Eat before you get here options for food are extremely limited. Much of the structure has changed very little info available about the changes.

Easy to navigate, helpful staff, clean environment. I don't fly too often but I dig Epply over some others I've been to.
A well laid out airport. Very modern and nice. Lots of shops and dining. About 50% still open while we visited. Rental cars are at the north end so if your on American or Delta give yourself 5 extra minutes of walking. Inside almost all the way to the rental cars. Good heaters in the garage at the rental kiosks.
Would be nice to have more food options once you have passed the security checkpoints. What little there is is stupidity expensive, have to spend 5.00 for a bottle of water because the free drinking fountain is turned off because of Covid.
I've flown into and out of this airport eight or nine times, and I have nothing but positive experiences to report. It's the perfect size, not too big but not too small, and the layout is easy to understand, which is nice when quickly maneuvering your way through it becomes necessary. Employees are so cordial and professional and they, quite obviously, take pride in their jobs as well as the cleanliness of their home airport. I highly recommend Eppley Airfield to all.
