The lack of staff was yet again a problem, and the staff which are there have no interest in helping you . Not surprised by this with the working conditions they are under

Their customer services is very poor, I bought a pair of trainers online for a Christmas present, they are now faulty. I tried to bring them back in store to be told they had only a 6 months return policy on faulty goods and I would have to contact sports direct online to try and get it sorted. I will not shop with them again.
