A very friendly, efficient and dedicated service! We were short of time and required help urgently. I rang Ripley Pest Management mid-morning with little hope of securing an appointment the same day, but to my absolute relief and delight, Stephen answered the phone. On outlining the nature of the problem, I was immediately reassured by him that all would be well, and that he would be with us the same afternoon. He was as good as his word and we even received a courtesy call to let us know he was on his way. Nothing was too much trouble for Stephen - he literally spent as long as it took as the property - he undertook a thorough examination of the problem and then proceeded to put the necessary course of treatment in place to eradicate the problem. Due to his jovial, easy and pleasant manner, in addition to his clear and extensive knowledge of his profession, he invoked trust and inspired confidence that the problem would be effectively dealt with. Stephen was the answer to a prayer and I cannot recommend him highly enough! Very reasonably priced too!!! Excellent in every way!
I would totally recommend using Ripley Pest Management. Stephen is not only very professional in carrying out his tasks to address the pest issues but sensitive to the customer’s needs. He not just addressed the problem in hand but also how to prevent a recurrence of the problem. Stephen attended promptly when contacted and on the day arranged.
What can I say? What an absolute gentleman Stephen is. He's a very knowledgeable and down to earth guy. Unfortunately, I was having problems with a bluebottle infestation and I was in complete distress! So I phoned him up on a Saturday evening and he came out the very next day, on a Sunday would you believe it?! Not many people would have done that imo. Anyway, Stephen was very thorough and we soon we got to the bottom of the problem. There was a dead bird stuck up my chimney! Anyway, Stephen also provided me with a good chimney sweep and I'm pleased to say that the dead bird (Jackdaw or crow?) and tons of other debris were removed immediately. The difference was almost immediate and to this day (touch wood!) I've never came across anymore of the feral beasts since! Again, I can't recommend this guy enough, you won't be disappointed! Absolute gentleman! Came to inspect the house for a bug issue and couldn't have been any more helpful. Would definitely recommend to someone if they needed his services.
