I went to Halfords at Omagh to collect an order. The young lady at the till dealt with me immediately. She had very good customer care and efficiency. She worked entirely within Covid protocols . I felt like a valued customer. Thank you.

Couldn't see what I wanted and was helped by a employee, who got it for me, asked about two other things but weren't in stock and he offered that they would get them in and I said no I'll get it online. Very helpful and polite as was the lady on the till

I noticed on the Halfords website there was a reduction in price of the double dinn stereo I had been looking at for a while. I instantly bought it online and arranged to pick up at the Omagh store. Picked it up later that day after being emailed to collect with no fuss. Its also nice to be able to still browse The products within the shop in Omagh unlike the store in L/derry which is pick up only from outside.

I visited Halfords Store in Omagh this week to have my drivers main bulb purchased n fitted. The member of staff I dealt with was well informed....picked the bulb necessary ...fitted it and also took my payment which left my experience very personal
